I have a stairlift emergency. Can you help?
As mentioned above, we can’t repair every stairlift on the market but we can help people with numerous stairlift breakdowns or difficulties, We don’t operate a 24 hour service however, since we try to be as cost-effective as possible and call-outs can be onerous so we try to provide as cost-effective a service within our office hours.
We fully appreciate that this may not always be convenient but we strive to attend the site on the same day as a call is received if the stairlift is non-operable. For less severe faults, however, we recommend that you let us know about any niggles or small issues as soon as they arise. Why? Because they can sometimes be symptoms of bigger issues that may cause a full failure if not addressed in the short to medium term.
Comprehensive repairs facility
We are experienced installers, maintainers and repairers of a wide range of stairlifts and at our …. facility we can undertake more extensive repairs that can’t be accomplished at your home. In these situations, where possible, we’ll try and provide a replacement component so you still have a working stairlift in the meantime. Also at our facility, we have an extensive inventory of replacement parts and components so we can fix and repair the most common failure issues swiftly.
